For our client we are looking for a Field
Sales Engineer Services & Solutions. Our client is a global specialist
in energy management and automation with activities in more than 100 countries.
They combine world-leading
energy technologies, real-time automation, software and services into
integrated solutions for homes, buildings, data centers, infrastructure and
industries.

As
part of the Industrial Drives of the Field Services department you are accountable for
the promotion and sale of a broad range of technical services (PLC’s, Drives,
HMI,…) including the start-up,
maintenance, testing, retrofit, and upgrade of all major manufacturer’s
electrical equipment installed at the
customer’s site in Belgium. Besides this you will sell turnkey projects ranging
from simple replacement of equipment to fully engineered solutions. Finally,
you will be also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with
new and existing customers.


De functie


Develops account profiles and executes the sales plan


Secures customer satisfaction overseeing all ongoing
activities with the customer (orders, delivery..)


Prepares
sales quotations and proposals, including any activity that has to be
outsourced, in respect of FS expected margin.


Works
closely with Inside Service Sales Representatives and the BU account managerto
maximize business opportunities.


Educates
customers on all products and services


Provides
mentoring, coaching and guidance to other sales employees


Coordinates
and/or attends trade shows and marketing/sales seminars as needed


Het profiel


Master degree ( electro-technics, Electronics, automation…) or
equivalent by experience


Experience in the specific sector is a plus

– Bilingual Dutch/French and
a good knowledge of English

– Ability to build
a sustainable and reliable relationship with the customer

– Excellent verbal
and written communication skills including C-level customers

– Proficient in
Microsoft Office suite and ERP/CRM related tools.


Excellent
organizational skills.
