Tasks:
- You develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
- You acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- You expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- You ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- You serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- You resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- You play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- You prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
- You have a master’s degree in business or engineering, or equivalent experience
- You have a relevant experience in industrial and international B2B account management (direct & indirect)
- You are customer-oriented
- You have a good command of interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- You are open and multi-cultural mind-set
- You are results-oriented and entrepreneurial-minded
- You already have an international sales experience (ideally EMEA)
- You are proficient in English and French
- You have the ability to negociate naturally
- You are international/cultural oriented
- You work regularly with Microsoft Office Word, excel and an Erp or at least a CRM
- You travel up to 40% of your time
